The Asian Quick Service Restaurants Expand U.S. Presence

Thaï Express^® and Ginger Sushi Boutique^™ announce the signing of an area developer agreement in the United States covering the state of Florida. Ginger Sushi Boutique is well known in Canada as Sushi Shop.

2Stix Franchising Group LP, spearheaded by President Hillel Frankel and Chief Franchising Officer Jeff Itzcovitch, are excited to expand the Canadian franchises into the U.S.

As an area developer, 2Stix Franchising will be responsible for the daily operations of both brands, as well as helping to identify new franchisees, providing real estate and construction assistance, as well as long-term operational support.

Itzcovitch, who has been actively involved in various franchising businesses since 1989, and Frankel, a lawyer with a background in music distribution and licensing, will head the expansion to introduce the Thaï Express and Ginger Sushi Boutique brands to Florida residents and visitors alike.
