While the majority of our franchisees come from backgrounds outside the food industry, all of them can now masterfully prepare and serve the items on our diverse and innovative menu. Like them, you will be sent to an operating restaurant for four weeks of immersive training and leave knowing how to prepare and serve our products, including learning how to hand-roll our sushi. You will work in every role in the restaurant — from the front of the house and greeting customers to learning how to use the POS system, take inventory and manage a team of employees. By the end of your training experience, you will be ready to open your restaurant.
Once your Ginger Sushi restaurant is open, our in-house marketing and public relations team will be a tremendous resource for you. Our teams provide branding guidelines to help you effectively manage your social media accounts and communicate with customers. In addition, because Ginger Sushi + Poke Shop is regularly releasing innovative products to get customers excited, we also provide a steady flow of local promotional and marketing materials which, in turn, results in a steady flow of customers.
