Immersive training fully prepares franchisees
As part of the onboarding process franchisees spend four weeks at an operating restaurant for completely immersive training. They become experts in preparing and serving all menu items, including learning how to hand-roll sushi. Additionally, they learn the ins and outs of daily operations, working in every role in the restaurant — from greeting customers and using the POS system to taking inventory and managing a crew. By the end of the training experience, they are ready to successfully launch their Ginger Sushi + Poke Shop.
